Have you checked out GPFO’s Website Redesign?

The Greater Philadelphia Film Office (GPFO) has launched a newly redesigned website Key information for users is accessible in three clicks or less (and more often, less) and the streamlined access to resources is accompanied by a modern, clean design. The site lets GPFO better market the region to producers and improves accessibility for all local filmmakers.

“This process has been a labor of love for the team here at GPFO and, just as importantly, reflects what we heard directly from the people and organizations using our website. We’re thrilled that so many want to be part of the regional economic development occurring in the greater Philadelphia area and are proud that this new website will support that effort.” said Nicole Shiner, Co-Executive Director.

Here are a few of the highlights:

  • A new, streamlined permit page
  • An incentives page which contains information about the PA Film Tax Credit, including contact information for the GPFO team for productions to get started on the process
  • Modernization of the popular Job Hotline page with easy access to key job information and the Filmmakers Spotlight page to highlight previews of recent posts
  • A new filmography page of featured projects including posters, IMDB links, and other relevant information
  • A mobile friendly design optimized to work on any device that visitors may be using to access https://https://https://film.org

The online crew directory currently lists over 1,000 local crew members and over 500 local businesses. The location database is also robust, including over 4,450 sites across the region.
