Led by SIFTer Philly’s Stephanie Renée (VibeMistress & CEO, Soul Sanctuary Inc.) held at The Painted Bride. The aim, to uplift health and wellness as a priority for Philadelphia creatives. The program included featured speakers, including SIFT’s Eboni Zamani recounting the findings and recommendations of the “Listen to What I Say” Report : Navigating the Business, Art and Challenges of Film & Mediamaking for Black & Brown Women. The event also included local practitioners, yoga and meditative exercises, holistic health vendors, film screenings featuring local artists and health-related topics, and a designated time for personal testimonials on health challenges and to grieve the loss of loved ones.
