Lost In The Hype: African-Americans in a Super Sports Town (2010, 45 min) directed by Aisha White and co-produced by Martha Conley.

Lost in the Hype is about the negative impact on communities of color when tax dollars are diverted to private individuals to build stadiums and other for profit entities to the detriment of neighborhood recreation programs and other municipal services. The film also highlighted the unsung work of many African Americans who work with youth in sports programs in the City with few resources. Co-produced by SIFT member, Martha Conley.
